Sarah Omura is the founder and maker of

SO Handmade. Sarah creates eco-friendly toys that are portable and practical for families on the go. They're a great alternative to screens, and encourage creativity and imagination.

SO Handmade came as a solution to Sarah's own dilemma: how to keep her toddler's toys contained while they were running errands. She found a stray car at the bottom of the diaper bag one too many times, and knew there had to be a better way!

Sarah designs all of her products and hand screen prints the fabrics before sewing them together in her home studio in Woodstock NY.
